Larry Grey Pitching Coach
Coach Grey begins his ninth season at Concordia after serving as the pitching coach at Pacific University for seven years. Prior to Pacific, Grey coached high school baseball at Estacada HS from 1964-1991 where he also taught social studies. In 1985, Grey coached the North/South High School All-Star Game.
Grey received a B.S. degree from Linfield College in 1964, and a Master’s Degree in Education in 1967. Larry and his wife Marilyn have three children: Brian, Derek, and Andrea and also have 7 grandchildren.

Jeff Bard Graduate Assistant Coach
A newcomer to the staff, Jeff brings a solid coaching background to Concordia. A graduate of North Eugene High School, Jeff played 2 years at Lane Community College. After Lane, he attended the University of Oregon graduating in 2006 with a degree in Psychology.
Jeff's coaching background includes a number of stops over the years. He was the Eugene Challenger "A" Head Coach in 1994 and 2006, and an assistant in 2002.
From 1999-2003 he was the head coach of the Semi-pro Eugene Night Hawks, and he was an assistant coach at North Eugene High School from 2000-2006.
At Concordia, Jeff is pursuing a Master's in Sports Psychology. He will work with the catchers and hitters, and coach the junior varsity team.
