Assistant Coaches
Ray Nunn
Ray Nunn is in his fourth season as an assistant coach at Concordia. He was a part-time assistant coach at CU the past two seasons while continuing head coaching duties at Tualatin High School. Coach Nunn brings to Concordia his immense knowledge after years of coaching at collegiate, high school and club levels. A native of Southern California, Nunn has coached at Oregon State University, University of Portland, Loyola Marymount and Pacific. He’s also coached at several high schools in Oregon, Washington and California.
Rachel Cotter
A first-team all-conference and all-region selection as a libero, Rachel Cotter finished her two-year Cavalier career ranked second all-time with 1,152 digs. As a senior, she set the school's single-season mark with 626 digs, a 43-count improvement from the previous mark of 583 set by current Concordia assistant coach Erin Blyth during the 2005 season. Cotter was named the Cascade Collegiate Conference Co-Defensive Specialist/Libero of the Year after helping Concordia to a 14-16 overall record and a 9-11 mark in Cascade Collegiate Conference play in 2007. Cotter graduated from Concordia in 2007 with a degree in social work. Cotter is a native of Estacada, Ore., and played for Coach Hambleton at Estacada High School
